The best places are on web sites.
All of your submissions to any other places should have one goal, and that is to get people to your site.
Not just once, but over and over again.
The programs that are hot at this time are those that are combining solid products with tools to advertise them with also(for their marketing).
What would you think of a Ford salesman that drives a Chevy? You can not lose if you use what you sell to sell what you use.
But you must use them with some sort of knowledge. You can not just do things without knowing the results of your actions. Most of the people we consider 'SPAMMERS' are not doing so on purpose, they just have no idea of what they are really doing. They are letting their desire get the better of their better judgement.
Only an estimated 20 percent of the people ( and that is on the 'high' side) on the internet are producing 80 percent of the income being made. Because they are presenting their products as solid products and in a logical manner.
The product.....always think of the product.
